Recently, we took a significant step in this direction by organizing a comprehensive training session for our Introducing Brokers (IBs) on our Customer Services Platform (CP2) and we had the honor of our Sport Ambassador, Mr. Abraham Eng, joining the event.
A Day of Learning and Connection
Over the past weekend, we welcomed more than 50 enthusiastic participants to Courtyard by Marriott in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event was not only about learning but also about fostering connections among our IBs. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with energy and camaraderie as participants gathered to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Focused Training
The training session was meticulously crafted to provide practical insights into using CP2 effectively. Our dedicated team put in substantial effort to ensure that every participant left with a better understanding of the platform’s features and functionalities. After an engaging morning of sharing & training, participants enjoyed a sumptuous lunch, which provided an excellent opportunity for networking and sharing experiences. The relaxed setting allowed everyone to connect on a personal level, further strengthening the community of traders within AIMS
